From the dashboard, tap on Create Event
Give the event a title and fill in the rest of the details about your event. You can assign Thespian Points to an event if you would like Show Up to keep track of points for attendees. If the event is part of a production, keep in mind that students in the cast and crew will already be getting points for having roles assigned to them so there is generally no need to give them additional points for individual events associated with the production.
You can choose a production to associate the event with or select None if the event is not associated with a specific production.
Under Entry, select Open to All if you want the event to be open to any student at your school. If you select Invitation Only, you will soon be able to assign particular students to that event. Invitation only events only appear on the calendars for students that have been invited (and their parents). The capability to assign students to events will be rolled out with the teacher web workspace.
Select the date for the event as well as the start and end times.
Tap Create Event to publish the event to your calendar.
