Teachers can allow individual student users to manage the calendar via the web workspace. This is the first of several customizable permissions we are implementing to help teachers delegate to their students and parents. Got an idea for another permission setting? Send us an email!
Click on the Permissions icon in the upper lefthand corner (it looks like a piece of paper with a checkmark over it)
Select the student or students that you want to allow to edit the calendar
Click Approve
The selected students can now log into the Teacher Web Workspace. They will only be able to view and edit the calendar features; they will not have access to any other web features like roles and applications. Note that students must log into the WEB to manage the calendar. They will not have the ability to edit events on their mobile devices.
